Established patients can use the portal to view their scheduled appointments, launch to virtual appointments, access statements for insurance reimbursement, complete forms, cancel and reschedule appointments.

 

A FEW REMINDERS:

  • All clients need to have a scheduled appointment, so please reschedule or send us an email if you need to cancel but cannot reschedule.

  • The cancellation policy requires two (2) full business days before the appointment time to avoid the full fee of the appointment. This allows us to schedule other clients who are waiting to be seen.

  • From a desktop or laptop computer, established clients can find their statements for insurance reimbursement in the billing section.

 

Access the portal by clicking the “PORTAL” button and enter as “I AM AN EXISTING CLIENT.”
